Pop2000 in Paradise

Pop2000 in Paradise was my first trip to Mexico. This trip, organized by Vacation Jams, was definitely the 2023 MTV Spring break for grown adults in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico. The multi-day event featured O-Town, NSYNC’s Chris Kirkpatrick, Billy Gilman, LFO, Ryan Cabrera, David Cook, Carl Wockner and comedian Marcus Monroe.

The Pop2000 Tour Pops into Portland

Summertime means the Pop2000 Tour is in full force! The last time I was at the Pop2000 Tour was September 2022 in Stamford, CT. What made the 2023 tour extra special was BBMAK being added to the lineup. I haven't seen BBMAK since 2018. I was going to see them in 2020 before the pandemic shut everything down. In addition to BBMAK, the tour includes O-Town, LFO, and Ryan Cabrera. Chris Kirkpatrick from NSYNC returns as host.

A Boyband Mardi Gras

This past February, I traveled to New Orleans for the first time. The Big Easy was celebrating Mardi Gras. My boybanders Ryan Cabrera, 98 Degrees, O-Town, and All-4-One were the headliners of the Krewe of Orpheus Ball. Joey Fatone and Darren Criss were serving as the Monarchs.
